Do I need to bring anything to class?

You don't need to bring anything except a good attitude and the willingness to learn. All materials will be provided for you.

What happens if I fail the course?

That can't happen! We have a 100% pass guarantee. We work with everyone to pass. We want all of our students to succeed, so we provide ample opportunities to practice and learn the material. Our instructors will work with you individually to make sure you have the knowledge and skills to pass the course.

What should I wear to class?

Our CPR and first aid courses involve hands-on practice sessions for on-site classes, so wear something comfortable. If you have long hair, it is best to wear it back.

Are your courses certified by the American Heart Association?

Yes, our courses are certified by the American Heart Association (AHA). We also offer courses that are certified by other reputable organizations such as the American Red Cross, Health and Safety Institute (HSI) and National Safety Council (NSC). We are committed to provide quality training and ensure that our courses meet the standards set by these organizations.

Depending on your needs and requirements, we will help you to choose the appropriate certification for your course, whether it is AHA, Red Cross, HSI or NSC. All of our instructors are certified and trained to teach the courses in accordance with the latest guidelines of the certifying body. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need help in selecting the right certification for your course.

Are there any prerequisites for taking your classes?

Nope! Our classes are designed for anyone, regardless of their prior training or experience. All you need is a desire to learn and a willingness to help others in an emergency.

How large are your classes?

In general, our classes are limited to 12 participants. This allows for a more personalized and hands-on learning experience for our students. However, we understand that some organizations may require larger class sizes. With proper space and additional assisting instructors, we can accommodate nearly any size class necessary to meet your needs.

If you're interested in scheduling a class for a larger group, please contact us and we'll be happy to work with you to accommodate your needs. We'll make sure that you have the right number of instructors and the right amount of space to provide the best learning experience for your group.

What is the minimum age to learn CPR?

The American Heart Association (AHA) does not mandate a minimum age requirement for learning CPR. Studies have shown that children as young as nine years old can learn and retain CPR skills. However, it is important to note that the ability to perform CPR is based more on body strength than age. It is always recommended to consult with the instructor of the course and if you have any concerns about your child's ability to physically perform CPR.

Additionally, some CPR and First Aid courses may have a minimum age requirement to comply with safety regulations and insurance requirements. We generally accept ages 11 and older into our classes as long as they can sit and be productive for the length of the class.

Do you offer any on-demand or self-paced training options?

Yes, we do! We offer self-paced online training options that you can complete at your own pace. This is a great option for those who have busy schedules or prefer to learn on their own time.

Are your classes fun?

Yes! We like to keep things light and fun, while still providing serious and comprehensive training. We use interactive and engaging methods to make sure our students are having a good time while they're learning. Plus, our instructors are pretty cool too, so you're sure to have a great time in class!

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We sure do! We offer a variety of discounts and promotions throughout the year. Check our website or follow us on social media for the latest deals. We also offer group discounts for companies and organizations that want to train multiple employees at once.

Can I get my money back if I change my mind about the class?

Of course, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your registration for a CPR training course, just let us know at least 72 hours before the class starts and we'll give you a full refund. But if you cancel within 72 hours of the class, we won't be able to give you a refund. But don't worry, we'll still be here when you're ready to take the class.

What if I need to reschedule my private or group class?

No problem! Just let us know at least 72 hours before the class starts and we'll apply your deposit to a future class within six months of the original class date. But if you don't reschedule within a year or don't show up for the class, your deposit will be forfeited. But we'll still be here to give you the best training experience.
